Brave investigators enter a mysterious mansion. It hides not only a secret, but a dark menace from beyond reality. The investigators use clues, helpful items and even magic spells to best locks, puzzles, monsters and their own paranoia. Our insert holds all components in a very sane way and creates some order in the manor house.
VILL consists of 14 trays which can be removed from the box and freely arranged on the table.
Tray 1: This is for all cards, sorted by decks. The conditions go into their spaces in pairs.
Tray 2: Eight compartments for tokens and dice.
Tray 3: A flat tray for the investigator cards.
Trays 4-5: These two trays fit on top of each other and offer room for all 16 investigators of the 1st and 2nd editions.
Trays 6-13: These are 8 trays in total, that can be combined into 4 and are the home for most monster figures.
Tray 14: Storage and placeholder at once - this fits the riot monsters, but also protects the figures beneath and supports the card tray on top.
The map tiles are stored in two neat stacks which fit exactly in between the trays. If you do not own the 1st edition, use the included placeholder to still secure everything in place.
Once all trays and map tiles are back in the box, the rulebooks go on top. The lid will be raised by 5 mm. The game can be stored vertically.
This article is delivered as a kit that requires assembly. We recommend the use of wood glue (not included).
